Features

CD MD type wire rope electric hoist is a small lifting equipment that can be installed on single beam bridge cranes. Gantry cranes can meet normal use at normal speed. It is widely used in factories, mines, ports, freight yards, shops and other places. It is an indispensable lifting equipment to improve work efficiency and improve working conditions.

1. Reducer: Adopts a three-stage locking motor gear transmission structure; the gears and gear shafts are made of alloy steel after heat treatment, and the housing and cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with accurate assembly and good sealing. The reducer operates independently and is easy to load and unload.
2. Motor: The hoisting motor adopts a conical motor with large starting torque and brake asynchronous motor. No additional lightning arrester is required, and the motor load continuity rate is 25%; the motor adopts B and F insulation, and the protection level is IP44/IP54.
3. Control box: Equipped with upper and lower trip circuit breaker protection devices, the main circuit can be cut off in an emergency to ensure the safe operation of the electric pulley, long service life, and safe operation of electrical components.
4. Wire rope: GB1102-74 (6*37+1) lifting wire rope is used, which has a long service life.
5. Controller: It is manually operated and easy to operate. There are two modes: rope operation and wireless remote control.
6. Gear: Adopting Japanese technology, innovative high-speed synchronous gear symmetrical arrangement, and international standard gear steel, it is more wear-resistant, more stable and labor-saving than ordinary gears.
7. Hook: Made of high-strength, high-safety high-quality alloy steel; adopting a new design, it will never lose weight.
