KBK-R flexible modular workstation lifting system is mainly used in material handling, light industrial assembly lines and modern production conveyor lines. Its lifting capacity usually does not exceed 2 tons. It is mainly composed of standard components such as rails, suspension devices, trolleys and lifting devices, which can be freely assembled according to actual needs.
The track design of the KBK-R flexible modular workstation lifting system is unique. It adopts an Ω-shaped cross-section and is symmetrically connected by two left and right pieces, rather than cold-rolled in one piece. This design allows the KBK track to flexibly adapt to the needs of different work scenarios, such as lifting systems such as single track, multi-track, curved track or circular track.
Due to the structural characteristics of the KBK-R flexible modular workstation lifting system, it is usually equipped with a chain hoist as a suspension device, which is suitable for work occasions with small tonnage and low lifting height. The lifting speed is generally in the range of 0.15~30 meters/minute, and the working level is M3.
