KPDS Series Rail Powered Transfer Cart

Description

KPDS series rail powered transfer cart can be used on S-shaped tracks, curved tracks and high temperature occasions; hydraulic or mechanical lifting systems and other devices are allowed to be installed on the transfer cart platform; automatic remote control can be realized.

The main configuration of the battery transfer cart: frame, motor, reducer, wheels, transformer, control box, etc.

Advantages

High safety: Low-voltage track-powered electric transfer carts usually use a voltage below 36V, which is much lower than the human safety voltage, greatly reducing the risk of electric shock and improving the safety of operation. Due to the use of low-voltage power supply, components such as tracks and wheels need to be insulated, further ensuring the safety of the operating environment.
High flexibility: This type of transfer cart can turn with the track, and can run in a straight line or in a circle. By appropriately increasing the number of ground step-down transformers, the running length is not limited.

But KPDS series rail powered transfer cart has high requirements for track laying (insulated track is required), and it’s suitable for occasions with large load, high frequency of use, and medium and long distance transportation. When the running distance is long, multiple transformers are required for power supply.
